ESD Safe Lotion

Our ESD Static Dissipative Non Contaminating Hand Lotions are manufactured without Silicones, Lanolins, Mineral Oils, or Glycerins, which are known to be trace contaminates. All of our Lotions are CHG compatible. Our formulas will help to relieve Skin Sensitivity caused by regular use of gloves.

Hand Sanitizers

Alcohol Hand Sanitizers can actually become less effective with repeated use and make the skin dirtier, not cleaner due to removal of protective natural skin oil and entrapment of dead skin cells by the polymer thickeners used in gelled alcohol products. Kills 99.99% of most common germs that may cause illness in just 15 seconds and is NSF approved E3.

ESD Safe Dispensers

We blow mold our Blue ESD Bottles to be Static Dissipative. Our ESD Safe bottles have an average surface resistivity of 10 ^9 and 10 ^ 10 and does not have any less desirable features associated with surfactant laden material. By their chemical nature they will not have any chemical reactivity with solvents such as TCE or alcohol. Helps to meet ESD-TR20.20-2000.

This FD-1 product has the narrower needle (26 guage) in this product line. I am using liquid rosin flux and SMD parts and am very happy with the level of control that the thin needle provide. Since this is a standard straight blunt needle, replacing it with new/clean or different guage should be easy (both slip and luer lock needles should fit, for lower guage numbers you may need to increase the plastic tip hole size but this should be trivial).

Love this lotion, unscented, so no clashing with other scented products. It feels great on my skin, refreshing. Over the years I’ve had a succession of favorite skin lotions- unfortunately, they come and go every few years. I was so pleased to find this one that meets my key needs- most importantly, doesn’t irritate the eye area, doesn’t burn the eyes or seep into them and burn or blur vision, AND, smooths that area.

I’ve used this lotion when I worked at electronics plants for the last 30 years. It absorbs into the skin without leaving any greasy feel or residue and leaves my hands soft. It’s lightly scented, however the unscented is also available here on Amazon.

Simple and properly designed, these bottles securely hold the needle as well as protect much of its length. They have a good balance of stiffness and squishiness that makes manipulating the bottle easy without hindering the ability to finely control how much you dispense. An all-around winner, and the last in a series of 5-6 lab bottles I’ve bought.

I’m an electrical engineer who does a fair amount of solder work, and these bottles work great for flux and flux remover. I buy an assortment of needle tips so I can replace them when they’re old, and use a bigger size for the thicker kinds of flux.
