Industrial sunscreen: FAQ

Is I.C. Industrial Sunscreen a mineral or a chemical sunscreen?
It is a hybrid. A mineral (physical) filter reflects UV rays and organic filters absorb them, giving full broad spectrum SPF 36 protection that still rubs in clear.
Can linemen wear it with rubber gloves and FR clothing?
Yes. It is tested to ASTM D120 / F2621 for lineman gloves and FR clothing, and it is a lotion rather than a flammable aerosol.
How long does it last when I sweat?
It is 80-minute sweat and water resistant and stays put, so it will not run into your eyes. Follow the Drug Facts label for when to reapply.
Does it leave a white cast or a smell?
No. The mineral filter is evenly dispersed so it leaves no white residue, and the formula is fragrance free.
What about lips?
Lips burn too. I.C. Sunscreen Lip Balm comes in SPF 15 Lime Burst and SPF 30 Vanilla.
