Ordering and shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $75 or more (before tax). Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. See our Shipping Policy.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday, usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from our facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. Standard ground delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. You’ll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses (via USPS). For Canada, international, or large bulk and pallet orders, contact us for a quote.
Why can’t some products ship by air?
Alcohol-based sanitizers and some other regulated products can only ship by ground, so expedited air shipping may not be offered for them at checkout.
My order arrived damaged, leaking or wrong. What do I do?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@rrlotion.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days. Liquid products must still have the original factory seal. Email info@rrlotion.com to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Email info@rrlotion.com or call (480) 443-9255 as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.
Discounts and bulk pricing
How do I get 10% off my first order?
Sign up for our emails (in the pop-up or at the bottom of any page) and use code WELCOME10 at checkout. It takes 10% off your first order of $40 or more, one per customer. A few small sizes are excluded.
Can I combine discount codes?
One code per order. If your cart already gets a bulk (quantity) discount, you get whichever discount is bigger, not both.
Do you have pricing for crews, facilities and distributors?
Yes. Quantity discounts are applied automatically in the cart. For crew, facility or recurring orders, request a quote. Resellers can apply to become a distributor.
Can government agencies buy from you?
Yes. We hold GSA MAS contract 47QSMS24D0078. See Government & Defense or contact us for help with agency orders.
Our products
Where are your products made?
In our own facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. R&R Lotion is a family-owned American manufacturer, making skin care for working people since 1983. Our facility is FDA, EPA and NSF registered.
Where can I find Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets?
Every product’s documents are free to download from our SDS Library and Technical Data Sheets page, and on each product page.
Can I try a product before buying for my whole crew?
Yes. Request a free sample and tell us about your team.
Do you make private label products?
Yes. We make private label and co-packed products in our Scottsdale facility. Start a private label project.
Your account
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. With an account you can track orders and reorder faster, and you can sign in with Google or Facebook from My Account.
How do I stop getting emails?
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our emails, or manage your communication preferences.
