R&R Crew Rewards
Ambassador program terms
Effective October 21, 2026. These are the terms ambassadors sign in Zoho Sign when they’re approved. Questions: marketing@rrlotion.com.
Part 1. Ambassador Agreement
R&R Lotion, Inc. (an Arizona corporation, 15547 N. 77th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260; “R&R”) and the ambassador (“Ambassador”) agree as follows.
1. What you do
You share R&R products (rrlotion.com) with people in your trade using your personal code and link. You decide when and what to post. You are not required to post, sell or work any set hours.
2. Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of R&R. You can’t sign anything or make promises on R&R’s behalf. You’re responsible for your own taxes.
3. Your code and link
R&R gives you a personal code (for example LINEMAN-JAKE) and link.
- New customers who use your code or link get 15% off their first rrlotion.com order and free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Existing R&R customers can use your code. They don’t get the 15%, but the order still counts for you.
4. Commission
- Rates: 20% on products 16 oz and larger, including gallons and foil cases. 10% on products 8 oz and smaller and on accessories.
- What it’s paid on: the product total after discounts. Shipping, tax and refunded amounts are not included.
- Which orders: you earn on a referred customer’s first 3 orders at rrlotion.com. After their first order, they don’t need your code again.
- Who gets the customer: if a customer was already referred by another ambassador, that ambassador keeps them until their 3 orders are used.
- No commission on: your own purchases or your household’s; wholesale, distributor or GSA orders; orders on Amazon or other stores, except as covered by any separate Amazon link program R&R offers in writing.
5. Payment
- Hold: commission is held 30 days for returns, then paid monthly on or after the 1st.
- Minimum: you must have at least $25 owed.
- How you’re paid: by PayPal, or as rrlotion.com store credit at 120% of the amount owed.
- W-9 first: you must give R&R a completed IRS Form W-9 before any cash payment.
- Reversals: refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders reverse their commission.
6. Points and rewards
- How points work: you may earn points for approved posts, reviews and other actions listed in your Crew Rewards dashboard. 100 points = $1 in rewards.
- Approval: R&R approves posts before awarding points.
- No cash value: points can’t be traded or sold. Cash-out is available only through the rewards R&R offers.
- Changes: R&R may change point values or rewards with 30 days’ notice. Points you’ve already earned stay valid.
- Monthly prizes: these follow separate official rules.
7. What you can and can’t say
You must follow the Claims Sheet (Part 2). R&R products are cosmetics and over-the-counter products sold under their labels, so you may only describe them the way their labels and R&R’s approved lines do.
- No medical claims: never say a product heals, cures, treats or prevents a disease or condition.
- No invented numbers: never quote test results or percentages that R&R hasn’t approved.
8. Disclosure
- Every post about R&R must clearly say you’re a paid R&R ambassador (for example “#ad” or “#RRambassador”), as the FTC requires.
- Put it at the start of the caption or on the video, not hidden in hashtags at the end.
9. Not allowed
- Bidding on “R&R Lotion” or R&R product names in Google, Bing or other search ads.
- Posting your code on coupon or deal sites.
- Spam, fake reviews, or buying followers or engagement.
- Using R&R logos in a way that makes you look like R&R itself.
- Linking your code to Amazon listings.
- Making posts that are unsafe on the job site, for example near energized lines.
10. Using your content
You keep ownership of your posts. You let R&R repost, share and use your posts that mention R&R, with credit to you, on R&R’s website, social media and marketing, including after this agreement ends. You confirm you have the right to post anything you share, including photos of other people.
11. Breaking the rules
- First time: a written warning, and the post must come down within 48 hours.
- Second time, or anything serious: R&R may end this agreement right away, and unpaid commission tied to the violation is forfeited.
12. Ending it
- Either side can end this agreement at any time by email.
- Commission already earned on valid orders before the end date is paid on the normal schedule.
- Unredeemed points expire 60 days after the end date.
13. Privacy
- R&R keeps your W-9 and payment details private and uses them only to pay you and file tax forms.
- R&R won’t share customers’ personal details with you. Your dashboard shows only what you need to see your earnings.
14. General
- Governing law: Arizona.
- Changes: R&R may update this agreement with 30 days’ notice by email. Continuing in the program means you accept the update.
- Entire agreement: this agreement and the Claims Sheet are the whole agreement.
