What are the active ingredients?

Does it contain alcohol or steroids?
No. It is alcohol free and steroid free, and it is odorless.
Should I use it instead of Ivy Block?
No. Itch relief is for after exposure. For poison ivy, apply I.C. Ivy Block before work and wash with I.C. Ivy Cleanse after.
