For nurses, teachers, linemen, techs, cooks and crews who already use I.C. products at work, indoors or out. Your crew gets 15% off their first order, and you earn commission on their first three.
How it works
Four steps, all from your phone
Apply
Fill out the short form below. We review every application, usually within two business days.
Sign
Once you’re approved, we email you the ambassador agreement and an IRS W-9. You sign both on your phone in a couple of minutes.
Share
Get your own code (like LINEMAN-JAKE) and link. Post it, text it or hand it to the crew.
Get paid
Earnings show up in your Crew Rewards dashboard. We pay monthly by PayPal, or as store credit worth 120%.
What you earn
Commission on a new customer’s first 3 orders
They only need your code or link the first time. Their next two orders still count for you.
16 oz and larger
Including 32 oz pumps, gallons and foil-pack cases.
8 oz and smaller
Pocket bottles, lip balm, sticks and accessories.
Off for your crew
New customers get 15% off their first rrlotion.com order, plus free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Commission is paid on the product total after discounts. It doesn’t include shipping or tax. It’s held 30 days for returns, then paid monthly once you’re owed at least $25.

Do
- Say you’re a paid R&R ambassador in every post (#ad or #RRambassador), up front.
- Use the approved lines on the claims sheet you get when you sign.
- Share your own honest experience on the job.
- Keep posts job-site safe.
Don’t
- Say a product heals, cures, treats or prevents anything.
- Post your code on coupon or deal sites.
- Bid on R&R names in search ads.
- Use your code on your own or your household’s orders.

Do I need a big following?
No. Most of our ambassadors share with their own crew, unit, school or shop. If people trust you on the job, that’s what counts.
Who counts as a new customer?
Someone who hasn’t ordered on rrlotion.com before. Existing customers can still use your code. They don’t get the 15%, but the order counts for you.
Why do you need a W-9?
Commission is income, so we need a W-9 before we can pay you in cash. You fill it out with your agreement when you sign, on your phone. It’s kept private and only used to pay you and file tax forms.
Does it work on Amazon orders?
No. Commission and the 15% welcome discount are for orders on rrlotion.com only.
Can I quit?
Any time, by email. You’re still paid commission you’ve already earned on the normal schedule.
