What is the surface resistivity?

Surface resistivity is 10⁹ to 10¹¹ ohms/sq, with an average static decay of 0.5 seconds at 12% RH. The sheets support an ANSI/ESD S20.20 program; they do not certify a workstation on their own.

What heat-seal settings does it need?

Most office laminators handle it. The heat-seal window is 250–375°F for 0.5–3.5 seconds at 30–70 PSI. The film is 3 mil PET with an EVA inner layer, supplied by Dou Yee.

Signs and work instructions that belong in the ESD area

I.C. Static Dissipative Laminating Sheets are for ESD coordinators, quality departments and production leads who need signs, work instructions, travelers, data sheets or calibration certificates posted in an ESD-sensitive area. Put the document between the sheets, run it through a standard office laminator, and it comes out as a static dissipative document holder.

The sheets are a heat-sealable, flexible multi-layer laminate: a static dissipative polyester (PET) outer layer over an EVA inner layer, 3 mil thick. The coating dissipates charge from both inner and outer surfaces, with a surface resistivity of 10⁹ to 10¹¹ Ω/sq and an average static decay of 0.5 seconds at 12% RH. Water wipes off the non-porous surface, the laminate stays flexible, and an embossed ESD logo sets the sheets apart from regular laminating pouches.

Choose 8.5 × 11 in Letter (SD-SHEETS) or 12.25 × 17 in (SD-SHEETS-02), 100 sheets per pack. The film is supplied by Dou Yee, and the sheets support an ANSI/ESD S20.20 program. They are not on our GSA schedule.
