A fine, even mist at the ESD bench
I.C. ESD Spray Mister Bottles are for technicians and lab staff who need to lay a thin, even coat of cleaning solution on a surface in a cleanroom, a sterile area or an ESD workstation. The fine-mist dispenser puts down a faint, equal layer instead of a stream, and the pump can be pressed part way for even finer control.
The stainless-steel spring-action pump gives a constant flow and will not corrode with repeated exposure to most chemicals and solvents, and a full-length straw reaches the corner of the bottle so little solution is wasted. The bottle itself is static dissipative, with an average surface resistivity of 10⁹ to 10¹⁰ Ω/sq and an average static decay of 0.5 seconds at 40% RH, so it can stay on the bench.
Choose 2, 8 or 16 oz (SMB-2-ESD, SMB-8-ESD and SMB-16-ESD), each packed 50 to a case and available on GSA MAS contract 47QSMS24D0078. I.C. ESD bottles are molded from MDPE compounded with an ESD additive that gives them their blue tint and static dissipative property, and they are supplied by R&R Lotion of Scottsdale, Arizona, since 1983.
